After everything our city and community has gone through in past months, our small band of families, staff and neighbors has only proven how resilient and committed we all are in building a stronger tomorrow. Please consider sponsoring a booth OR underwriting by filling out the forms sent home along with this week’s Monday folder. In helping to reduce waste, these will be the only copies sent home. We will have additional copies available in the front office if needed. You can turn into either the Carnival box located in the front office or your child’s teacher. Tickets, T-shirts, wristbands and Raffles are on sale now! Purchase thru our PTO website or forms distributed in Monday folders. We will have items delivered to classes on a weekly basis all of October up until October 20th, and for those who ordered after the cut off date, T-shirts, wristbands and raffles will be on sale in front of the school at drop-off and pick-up times starting Oct. 21– 27th. Many opportunities to get your Carnival swag, so no excuses for missing out on the fun! Remember…kids can wear Carnival shirts every Friday!
Also, we are bringing back the highly desired Raffle item this year that you will not be able to purchase anywhere else – FREE DRESS EVERY FRIDAY for the whole year! Along with a fun mini iPad to chill with! So don’t miss out on this big opportunity!

DRINK DONATIONS & STUFF ANIMALS !!
We will start collecting drink donations Oct. 16th- 27th for our drink booths. User friendly sizes of bottle water, Sprite, Cokes, Dr. Pepper, 7-Up, Gatorade, Capri-Sun, Nestle Teas, and any juices are some recommendations. Get a chance to win a pizza party for the class that brings in the most drinks! Please label each box with your child and teacher’s name. The the drop off site is by the front office under the “Drink Donation” sign. You can get the full contest update at our POE CARNIVAL Facebook page!
We know you probably have a million and one stuff animals toy that has taken permanent residence in your home that is in desperate need of a better life! Well, now is a great time to do some early Spring cleaning ... donate your washed stuff animals to our Walk with Animals Booth and give them a fresh start! Drop off location will also be by the front office.
CARNIVAL BAZAAR The upcoming Poe Carnival will once again include a Fall Bazaar! Anyone with a business that would like to sell jewelry, crafts, gift items, candles, services, etc., is invited to do so for a table rental fee of only $75. We are expecting a great increase in traffic this year so don't miss out! Forms are available online or in the front office. Questions?
