Purchases may also be made by completing an order form with payment attached and turned into the Uniform box in the office. Uniform shirts will be delivered to the classroom.

Make checks payable to POE PTO and write uniforms on the check.

Uniform Forms may be found on the wall by the PTO bulletin board in the front hallway or print and complete one of the below Uniform Forms:

Uniform Policy

Tops:
Polo or T-shirt with Poe Logo sold by the PTO Uniform Store.
Poe T-shirts (Carnival, Auction, Art Day) may be worn on the last Friday of the month.

Beige/Khaki Bottoms:
Slacks
Shorts (must be mid-thigh or knee length)
Skorts
Skirts
Jumpers

Shoes:
Must be appropriate for PE and recess.
