Poe 2010 - 2011 Directory
Please help us gather the information we need for the
2010-2011 Poe Directory. The school directory is for the families of
all Poe students to facilitate sharing information regarding school
news, classroom events and other school-related activities. All
families will receive one Poe Directory.
This year, we have two options for you to submit your
information to the PTO Directory Chair, Che' Smith.
1 - Online!
Complete this secure survey via Survey Monkey. If you
complete online, you do
not need to send in the Poe Directory
Information Form that will be distributed once school begins.

2 - Complete the below Poe Directory Information Form
and turn into the front office.

The deadline to submit online or hard copy
forms is September 17, 2010! If you have questions,
